We've used this product for several years frequently. We use them so often, they eventually wear out (the cloth is strong, but eventually the cloth starts to smell bad after repeated use. Keeping the product dry of course helps it to last longer without getting an odor. We've been buying this same product for several years. We primarily use this product for my kids growing pains on their legs. We've tried other heating pads and hot water bottles for my kids growing pains, but they absolutely love this product. We typically microwave each heating pad individually for 2 minutes total. The clay beads are sewn into sections, so they do a nice job of spreading evenly across the muscles.

These are far superior to other many I have tried. The way in which the channels are sewn makes it very pliable, the size is perfect and the fabric very soft. It even seems to produce a little moisture when heated which along with the heat helps relieve pain. I'll be ordering as gifts for my friends with pain. Oh and I have not been paid for my comments.
