The best product, I've ever used for pain.

LeasG February 10, 2025

I have been buying contraptions for years. Used doctors, pt and chiropractors. I have never gotten the relief that this product has given me. My measurements if that helps is 5'8” 150 lbs and I have a long neck. I don't think that matters, although I have seen reviews on other products that say it's harder to fit long necks. IDK. It's easy and works fast. And my relief last for days. Also something about it makes me calm and relaxed when I use it.

Works great, comfortable, highly recommend

RobinPC February 16, 2023

I use ine at PT, but need one for home us and found this one at a descent price. I brought it to PT for them to use it one me and see what they.thought and ut turns out this one is a newse version of what they have. Its fairly easy to use and is comfortable except for the metal plate that ends up on your upper back, but a towel or thin foam would.probably help. When pumping up to stretch the pump works in the opposite direction you would think. When you pump it doesn't fill its on the down that it fills. The other issue is adjusting the head pieces , you have to reach under and squeeze the 2 plastic pices under the device. The old one had a knobs to adjust with. It makes it a little more difficult when using by yourself. I leave it as close to the proper position but still get my head in the device. Overall i highly recommend this. It was strange to get this in an outer Walmart box with the inner box being an Amazon box. I purchased this from Walmart becausue it was cheaper at the time than Amazon.

As expected

Barbara October 23, 2022

So far,so good. Easy to use, works as expected. Had my therapist assist in setting up the proper pressure, neck and height settings. Only been using it for a week but so far no issue and seems like it's helping.

Works very well. Has the same affect of a similar machine i was using at physical therapy. In the long term it is cheaper than going to PT.

One small change would make this perfect

Casandria March 19, 2025

My physical therapist recommended this or the competitor one to continue traction at home. The only issue I have is the inability to be completely flat when using it. I solved the issue myself by removing the elevation plate, but I had to remove the screws and it was more work than it should have been. An option for no angle would be better for those of us can't have any elevation during traction.

I was having numbness and tingling in my left arm and hand. My rheumatologist determined that I had a pinched nerve in my neck and recommended that I shop online for a cervical extender device. I chose this one even though it was not in my budget. Well, it has worked! I used it daily for the first week, and about twice a week thereafter. I no longer have that annoying tingling and numbness. I guess in the long run the cost is less than PT would be and the convenience of being able to stay home for treatment is invaluable. I hope it works for you too! I gave it 4 stars because I find it a little uncomfortable and the instructions are too vague.
