I'm trying to get in shape so I can get a knee replacement. Unfortunately that means exercising. A lot. And I have no cartilage in my knees! So this is a life (or anyway pain) saver. I'm assuming that after the surgery, I will like it even more during recovery.

This is perfect for post knee surgery patients. The beauty of it is that you can actually walk around with it and it stays put! Good quality materials.

This ice pack is a lifesaver ! It goes around your leg( or arm or shoulder) It's light . freezes well and stays frozen for along while ! You can attack. it to leg and move around . It could work for shoulder or hip.its great!

I absolutely love this is someone who is having chronic issues with autoimmune. I have random swelling in my knee and anytime I have a problem. I strap this thing on and it helps with the swelling. I have a second one and I just rotate between the two.

The size is actually great! it fits around a bigger leg for sure. But the side that goes on your skin is just smooth like plastic, so it gets hot!!! If you don't want your skin to melt off it can not be very warm. And if you do want to use it while it's actually got some heat to it, then I would suggest you place a towel on before wrapping around any body part.

Using this for a knee surgery I had to keep swelling down. Cold doesn't last very long at all. Had very high hopes for this but was a disappointment instead. The first time the cold lasted a good while after that within less than an hour the cold is changing temperatures already.

The plastic exterior made it very cold initially.cold did not last. could use 20 minutes then required freezing for several hours. a softer vinyl would have made it easier to form around knee instead of hard plastic.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT ! The nice, fuzzy surface is on the OUTSIDE of the wrap, where the straps are. The INSIDE of the wrap is stiff and slick and cold. There is NO WAY to put it on and make it look like it does in the illustrations. Don't buy it-- if I could, I would return this rotten product.

Never received the item after three days item goes back to store because driver has mechanical issues item is said to be delivered later in the evening, next day email states awesome you got a refund. It's a medical item, purchased it because it will arrive the soonest, instead.” AWESOME YOU'RE GETTING A REFUND.”

It's not Walmart fault. Fed X arrived but couldn't find my package. 3 days later I still haven't received. So unable to really evaluate the product.
