I received it next day after I ordered it. I have used it once. So far so good! I had a total ankle replacement, Talus replacement, and fusion about a month ago. My physical therapist uses a commercial one at the end of our session. It seems to be almost as good as that one.

I have been using it 3to 4 times a day for the past month since I broke my ankle and had surgery. It really helps with the swelling. I am very satisfied with it. I would and have recommended to others .

Good product
It is hard to get the layers on because the ice packs keep slipping from the actual boot. I wish there was Velcro so to make everything easier.
