This wraps around your wrist and has Velcro. I've had them a few months but have only used them frozen. They do no freeze completely so it helps to be able to wrap around your hand. They seem to look wider in the picture than they are on my hands. The cold lasts longer than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend for hand pain.
I have had hand surgery on both hands one then the other approx 6 weeks later. It was great to be able to attach the ice pack and walk around with the other hand free. I did not have to use my free hand to hold the ice pack. I ordered two so I would have one on and one ready to change out. It's been great!
It was a great product although they sent me to and I'm sure I got charged for two and it's such a hassle to return it and it cost money to send it back so I'll probably just end up eating it and it was 40 bucks so it was a great product but it wasn't worth $80 and I've got two of them now and I can only use one of them but it is a good product. It's pretty good not excellent but really really good.❤️ it was a great product although they sent me to and I'm sure I got charged for two and it's such a hassle to return it and it cost money to send it back so I'll probably just end up eating it and it was 40 bucks so it was a great product but it wasn't worth $80 and I've got two of them now and I can only use one of them but it is a good product. Not especially made to fit completely around the wrist. It does ice up in the freezer pretty fast. It would be nice if have it cold last longer and for it to be longer to fit properly.
Wonderful to apply ice to you hands if they hurt. Stays cold a long time
These gel packs have one side that has a soft terry cloth thicker side %26 a smooth gel thinner side. I use them for bilateral carpel tunnel %26 length traveling SFN for when my hands get hot %26 my thumb joint is swollen these work well. However; They are very small in fact they seem more like child sized; them an adult. They should be labeled for a size xtra small hands %26 provide larger These gel packs have one side that has a soft terry cloth thicker side %26 a smooth gel pack side %26 use them for bilateral carpel tunnel %26 length traveling SFN for when my hands get hot %26 my joints are swollen which is all the time; these work well. These are OK they're heavier than I thought. I put mine in the freezer to help ease Arthritis pain. I try almost every item on the market to ease Arthritis pain. This worked well.
It's a little tricky to wrap this around your wrist.
I have arthritis, psoriasis, AND I'm in perimenopause, so I am frequently aching, and I'm ALWAYS hot. I have a freezer full of reusable cold packs, and I was really looking forward to adding these to my collection, but they're awful. I have other ones like them that I got a year or so ago, and they were perfect. They made life so much easier because I could wrap them around my arms or even ankles and wear them and not have to worry about them falling off while I was trying to do things. These are just... bad. The velcro is way too weak, they only have plush material covering one side (so that means the other side is cold, wet plastic which is really startling when you're using them at night and trying to fall asleep and accidentally touch them. They did not come with a removable, washable cover, so cleaning them will be a pain compared to the ones where you just remove the cover and toss it in the washing machine. They also don't feel very full of the freezy stuff that's in there. They get really, really cold, but it doesn't last long. They're flimsy. I would be willing to bet that they will pop at the seams within the first month of use. I guess I'll never know because I'm not using mine again. I'm so disappointed. Maybe if I had never owned good ones before, I would like these, but they get a thumbs down from me.
Not as shown in pictures very slim and very flimsy they barely don't even work
