We upgraded from small 3D printer last year! I am amazed how detailed items are, my boy's (10 14) are so intrigued w/ this awesome 3D printer!! I would highly recommend this to anyone considering a 3D printer!!

The printer arrived on December 3rd. We wanted to get it set up and tested as it was for my grandson for Christmas. We attempted to turn on the printer and it was "Dead On Arrival". No power! We contacted Walmart who gave us the supplier to contact. We contacted them and I have asked many times for them to call me to discuss the issue as they only wanted to converse through email. They asked me to check the usual suspects such as power to the outlet and to see if the cord was bad. All checked good. Then they asked me to pull the bottom off and check the power supply. I made sure I had an email from them stating that I would not void the warranty by doing so. They asked that I get a multimeter and test the power supply. I took photos of each step for evidence and sent them with my correspondence. Also included was the model %23 of the power supply. As these emails are going back and forth and the delays in them responding I am requesting that they call me or to walk through this and get it the correct component or replace the unit. No response. From December 3rd till now December 26th we still do not have a resolve but they send an email today and said that they did not receive the email with the Model %23 of the power supply even though it has been included in three of the correspondence emails and including the typed model %23 below the photo. This has been terrible service and now my grandson didn't get the big gift he wanted Santa to bring him for Christmas as we are still waiting to get this resolved. Extremely disappointed in the service of this company.
