Cute little devil
This was purchased for my 7 year old daughter. She absolutely loved it. The dress is not long, so fits even with short legs. The "belt" wraps around nicely and easy to put on and take off. It has velcro, so easy fit. Great price and great costume.

Perfect for Halloween
Worked well for Halloween. My daughter found the collar to be a little itchy, but overall it worked out. It is well made otherwise.

Stitching came undone
Sizing is definitely on the small side, order a size up. The stitching on both arms came undone after only wearing it for an hour or so. I understand that Halloween costumes are cheap, but to have the stitching come undone on BOTH arms is ridiculous.
