Fedex showed up with the ladder. Before it came off the truck, I pointed out to the driver that the ladder was dented %26 bent. He said he would ship it right back and apologized for the shape it was in. It wasn't even in a box, so it was also filty dirty as if it was used or sliding around on the floor. This ladder is to be used in our home to hang curtains and whatnot. Who wants a filty ladder for that? I shouldn't have to clean a brand new ladder. So I sent the 3rd party seller a message explaining the situation. I asked for the replacement to be put in a box to protect it. I also called Walmart.com to explain the situation. She said a replacement order would be put in and I should hear from the seller regarding the matter. I started getting notified that a new delivery was in progress. Then the next day, I got notified that it wouldnt be replaced and a refund was issued. I never heard anything from the seller (Lets Make A Deal). I should've chose whatever was behind Curtain %231 instead of buying this crappy ladder. This was a complete waste of my time and I still do not have the ladder I needed. I would definitely NOT recommend this seller.
