Command Heavyweight Large Caddy, Hangs up to 10lbs, White, Home Organizer, 1 Caddy

I was given 2 very visibly torn and OPEN BOX returned items and BOTH were missing the command strips and the plastic that attaches to it. What's the point of having the empty boxes?! Both were beyond filthy as well like they had been hanging out in someone's garage. This was a delivery order if not I would have never purchased these items. Ridiculous that customer service didn't even check this before putting it back on the shelves.

I have previously used this item before-the oldest being about 2 years now it's still holding up. very good quality BUT the new one delivered was missing the most important part, the actually strip that holds it in place. The package was broken open, so buyer beware!

I ordered a total of three of these. Two of which came from one distribution place and the last one from another distribution place. One of these the package obviously was a return to Walmart which they did not inspect!!! The box had been opened and taped up. When I opened it, the carrier was all stained inside and It was completely filthy. The strips. were also missing. Walmart your quality review for returned items rates a -0. This item should not have been accepted as a return from the last buyer! The package also did not include the strips required to hang up to the wall. So now I have to go out and find the correct command strips That will fit this item. Shame on Walmart for accepting this incomplete return and charging me full price when ordering it online. Like I said, I ordered two more that I can tell from the shipping and tracking they came from a different distribution center and they are in excellent shape. Of course you are stuck having to order this particular one online because they do not carry it in the stores.

I originally ordered this for a Walmart pickup but they didn't have it in stock and gave me an option to get it delivered from who knows where? Unfortunately this didn't come with the sticky strips. Now I'm left unable to use this product until I go on my next grocery run which won't be for a while. Thanks guys!

While the Command Caddy is great, the way I received mine-not so hot. Came in a non-protective, not even padded plastic envelope. When I opened it, no shipping papers, the caddy was opened, and the sticky pads for installation were missing. I ordered two. They were supposed to come A DAY LATER. Surprise. One won't be here until the 15th. Hopefully it will come with sticky pads for installation. While I do like the well made Caddy, I don't care for the way it was packed or delivered. Quite shoddy.

I like this command product, in fact I bought 2 in addition to my one hanging on the wall already. I use mine as a bedside caddy for glasses, meds, pen %26 paper, plus whatever else. I find that it's a handy little thing. It's a quality product, that I can recommend.

Bought 4, Installed adhesive tabs correctly, put like 2 lbs worth of stuff (sponges, toothpaste, toothbrush) in them and three out of four came down within the first two hours LOL.

Pretty good. The system to connect these is a little convoluted if you ask me. In my experience the adhesive will last years if you prep the surface properly first, and of course the strips are great and leaves no residue.

This worked so well! I wanted to get the clutter off my kitchen sink but keep everything handy and this was the perfect solution. It says it will hold up to 10 lbs.

Never received it. You canceled the order
