[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our guest bathroom has wood paneling for walls and I was not interested in trying to nail or drill into them in order to hang my cast iron shell hook. This truly is a "universal" picture hanger, in that if it has a hole for a nailhead the hanger will work! You can orient the metal mounting piece so that the nailhead is at the top or the bottom of the bracket to make it work for you. The design of my shell was such that I needed the bulk of the bracket below the nailhead so it wouldn't show. Now, instead of the hand towel taking up precious real estate on the vanity, it hangs neatly on the wall next to it. Just like all the other Command items, installation was a breeze. No need for power tools or leaving permanent changes to our walls.

There are no holes in the wall as nails, screws etc. are not needed. It is also fairly simple to hang. It is very strong also. I highly recommend this wonderful product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try to try this new 3m Universal Picture Hanger. The metal of the hook is a nice touch and though the weight limit on it isn't any higher than the standard hooks, the metal gives me an extra level of confidence that it will hold up well for my hanging project, I used this hook for new wall decor in my laundry room. It didn't work for a shadow frame that was deeper than a normal frame at the back, but it did well for a wide word art frame above my laundry room sink.

It took all three hooks to hold up a picture that weighed less than 5 lbs.
