i live in an apartment its kinda big for just me and my 3 month old we are both constantly channging so its a life saver it fits her blankets and our clothes that we used for the day even her towel for the day ive had the spin tub before which nothing compares to the wash on those loads and how heavy duty it is but decided to stop stressing about the pipes that i cant stop or help that i move around alot to cause leaks from how thin they were i was becoming a plumber at all hours in denial that my 3rd tub started another leak counldxnt find an easy fix and tried different brands this new black and decker one surprissed me how good they set up the attachments and i still use hot water to each their own lol im a buyer and know my consequences obviously and would def buy again

Best purchase of the year. Easy to operate and my clothes comes out super clean. I do use warm water when I wash. Handy washer especially if you have little children

Its easy to connect, it has good capacity (12 pieces). When you buy this portable washing machine, you also buy the base to move it around. This product arrived time was fast.

I love everything about this machine except 1 detail that I've read in other reviews. It leaks. The leakage I am getting is minor so i just keep a mop handy to scoop up the excess water. At this point its not that much. Ive adusted and tightened the hoses as indicated in the instructions and it makes no difference. Other than that the machine is phenomenal! The wash is awesome.. Its not that noisy, and the size makes it easy to tuck in a closet if you have to.

Seems to be a good little washer. Clothing seems clean. Small capacity. Only disadvantage it is cold water only. Bought black and decker because I have a few Black and Decker appliances and have never been disappointed. This is not my primary washer. So when you buy consider your wash load. If you have a family you may need a larger capacity washer. For my use it fits my purpose. Good little machine

I've tried two different portable washers that weren't automatic and it became annoying having to level the drain hose. This machine has a pump so you can set the machine near any water source (I had to put my other one in the bathtub when I used it). I love that you can do a load and it does everything by itself like a real washer. You can hook it up to a water supply like a real washer or to a bathroom and kitchen sink. Clothes come out smelling amazing, much better than a real washer and gets the clothes maybe 85% dry. It was perfect for my apartment. Can wash everything but comforters larger than a twin size but it washes queen sized sheets and blankets fine.

black decker BPWH84W portable washing machine. The LOCKING HINDGE for inner lid is missing. Went to BD site and it was so confusing that I gave up. As stated in insturction this is a safety device and is required for safe operation. Please provide info for obtaining the part. Thank you.

I was excited about this machine I got it hooked up everything was working fine and then the error code came on and it couldnt be cleared. I called customer care and they told me that I would have to take it back to the store to return it. That there was no way around the error code. I returned it. .

The washer description shows 0.84 cubic foot capacity (52lbs)...what arrived was 6.6lb capacity washer. The washer has a tag that literally writes 6.6lb capacity, but even the package box said it was 0.84 cubic foot capacity. THE SELLER IS CHEATING!

Stopped working and it's past the 90 day return. I'm really upset that I spent this much money for something that did not even last me 4 whole months.
