My first order was missing several parts. I tried getting ahold of costumer service but got nowhere. So I drove to Walmart store and they helped me with my return. If it weren't for the people at my local Walmart store, I would be stuck with an expensive piece of garbage. My second order came fast and all the prices were there.

Bad customer service
Received this today the bolts were the wrong size so I can't put the tires on. I called customer service and the lady was very rude. She did offer to send a replacement machine if I sent the machine back first I live in the middle of Nebraska where I don't feel like waiting another two weeks for the item to ship to me when all I want is the missing bolt piece to the tire so I'll keep the machine with no tires I guess. I knew I should've ordered off amazon where customer service is way better my fault.
