While the toner fit into my printer and was recognized (you can Google how to bypass the HP toner protection), the color output was not good. Photos were either too blue or too yellow hued. The only thing these cartridges are good for is document printing with line drawings and color logos. I would not recomment them for photo printing.
The cartridge "Magenta" burst and leaked the color in the copier and all the other colors were affected and we could not print anymore sheets of paper! HP Support did a trouble shooting for several hours only to determine the faulty cartridge ruined the entire rollers for printing and the function of the printer is trashed. They determined the printer required replacement! We are requesting a refund for the ink cartridges and the replacement charges for a new printer.
The description stated that the chips in these replacement toners were compatible with my HP 3301FDW printer. They are not. My printer would not initialize because the chips are not compatible.
Non of the cartridges worked in my 3301FDW printer.
My HP Laserjet will not accept these off brand cartridges which were supposed to already have the required chip in order to work. Total waste of money.
Need to return this won't work in my printer that it was purchased for!
