This is the best B-complex I have ever had!
In the past, I have had a problem with getting an upset stomach and tasting B vitamins ALL DAY after taking a complex, and I have tried several brands! After a while, I just stopped trying to find one for me and avoided them for years. I take a few other Rainbow Light supplements and thought, what the heck, I would try their B-complex. To my joy it doesn't bother my stomach and I'm not burping them all day long! Thank you Rainbow Light!

Complete B complex taste
The vitamins are probably great, but the taste is nasty! I find it hard to believe that cannot be fixed. I understand vitamins might taste bad so you don't eat them like candy, this goes way beyond that.
