So I had purchase this to try to remove skin tags, and it definitely works, followed instructions on the box but I ended up doing a YouTube research and got a more details of how to properly use. Definitely worth the buy for skin tags and wart removals.

This is the one I've been looking for. I've tried the liquids and all of them are essentially single use bottles or very little more than that because no matter how tight you put the lid back on, the liquid very quickly turns into a solid once the bottle is opened. I put up with that for about three bottles, then tried this gel. THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT. After using, if you'll just gently squeeze the tube in an upright position until you get all the air out, then cap it, it doesn't dry up. I was able to use the first tube I bought until it was completely empty and the viscosity was the same every time. I have two warts on my face that I've spent literal years trying to diminish and this is the only product that has accomplished that. I can't afford to have them professionally removed by a dermatologist and there's no guarantee that it would stop them from coming back anyway. So I use this gel whenever the wart starts to develop that darkening 'orange peel' surface and within a few days to a week, I'm back to them being flat and the same color as my skin. I'll keep using it and who knows, maybe the warts will eventually give up!

This stuff really works great. You just spread it on what you want removed and it just takes a couple of days. I use this on anything that's sticking up on my body, like skin tags, moles and calluses. Some come off right way and others take longer. However I have had good luck with this stuff. But do make sure you keep the lid on this or it dries out fast and it becomes goopy, which makes it impossible to use.

Highly recommended! The only product that I have found that works and I have tried many!! Recently, my young daughter had a wart on her hand that extended under her nail. Nothing worked except this product! Tip of advice, allow the gel to completely dry and it stays in place. Definitely does the job better than other products I have tried!

In my estimation, this is a much better value than the bottle/brush kind, because you can effectively use the entire tube without it drying up. With the brush kind, it dries up well before the contents are used up.

I have a plantar on my foot for over a year and finally I decided to do something about it. After many failed products, I gave it one more go and when I tell you it was worth it! Trust me it was worth it, it took a little over a week with a few drops of treatment every night. It is now gone! I soaked my foot after the plantar begin to fall off! I didn’t even have to scrub it just fell off in the water! I keep touching the spot where it was just fascinated that’s it’s actually gone after a year of discomfort! I am a believer in this product.

The gel is much easier to administer but still runs. Be cateful when applying. I use for chronic callusing on foot bottom which can cause intense pain when walking. Not as good as a $190.00 podiatrist descaling but lesses the %23 of trips to doctor.

item arrived just fine with same day shipping, Delivery driver was very polite and respectful and very professional,however the box was open upon arrival and the tube was half full of gel . tried it ,it doesn't work at all, unless I have a super wart lol .

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY..JUST GO TO SKIN DOC. AND HAVE HIM FREEZE IT OFF..I HAVE ONE WART ON MY KNEE AND USED THIS PRODUCT FAITHFULLY EVERY DAY TWICE AND THREE MONTHS LATER ITSSTILL THERE..NOT A CLEAN BREAK AT ALL..OFF TO THE SKIN DR. ANYWAY..I KNOW THAT WORKS IN A WEEK!!

I used it until I had a big open sore on my hand, twice. But as soon as it healed, the wart came back. Both times. I ended up having to have it frozen by my doctor anyway.
