for years, my teenage son had a wart on his knuckle that we tried the wart removal bandaids on and it did nothing to the wart. I tried this as a last resort from dermatologist cutting it off. this was easy to use. it took two rounds, but about 5 days after the second dose it fell off...so total about 3 weeks, but the stubborn wart is now gone.
I would give this 1 million stars if I could. I had a huge plantar wart that was likely 3 that grew together. I had it almost 15 years and have literally tried every product and brand and every goofy, off the wall cure I could find. Nothing would get rid of the monster. I read reviews and description of this here and on the big "A" site. I felt more likely to get the real item thru Walmart tho so bought here. I've tried the other freeze off wart removers, all the brands. But reviews (and maybe descriptions?) said this was different - colder and stronger. I could only manage having it on my wart 15 seconds on it. With the others I could do over 1 minute. And this one, unlike all the others caused the blood blister looking thing underneath the callus and skin. I periodically sanded the top layed off , not going ţo blister level for a couple weeks. And when that was ready to fall off, I filed down too fast and bled a little, so longer healing. Callus tissue still forms in the area, but like I said it's 15 years, and my body is a creature of habit. I just sanded that off and for the 1st time in over a decade, my big toe looks normal on the plantar (bottom) side. It's gone! I mean, I've tried every method, including using a scalpel to slice out wart tissue. Nothing else had worked but this really did. I can't believe it's finally gone. If it comes back, at the first sign, I'll zap the *** out of it with this immediately. Don't think twice about the cost. If you've got a stubborn wart that nothing has worked on, try this. It took about 3 weeks from the day I froze it with this until it's gone. It wasn't perfectly round but around the size of a US Quarter (which is snow 25mm). And it's really gone and I'm ecstatic! TL/DR: This eliminates a 15 year old, huge (about an inch wide) , extremely stubborn and difficult wart. I've tried literally everything. This works. Other otc freezes didn't. Trust me, this really worked. It's different. Buy this if you want your wart gone! I'm so happy to be rid of that disgusting thing! I can't recommend this strongly enough!
This application is terrible and there's hardly any product. The cotton tips that fit in the end are useless, definitely not worth the cost. Back to the drawing board.
I applied pressed the applicator for about 15 seconds to apply the nitro to the pad and after that it stopped working. Was barely able to use on one small wart. The active freezing agent is nitrous oxide which is probably the reason there is so little in the bottle.
I don't normally leave reviews. But everyone needs to know what an awful product this is. It clearly states 6 uses for almost $25.00. There is no 6 uses. There is 1 use. I watched the videos prior to starting this to make sure I knew how to use this product. I did exactly like the directions and the video showed. I went to use it a week later on another small wart on my hand and “nothing”, it did nothing. I truly feel like I have been taken advantage of. Save your money and frustration and bypass this product!
I bought this product and was instructed to do one application wait 15 minutes into a second application and then repeat every week to 10 days so I did the first application and when I went back to use the second application the canister would not dispense I replaced the product with the new bottle and the same exact thing happened again Walmart will compensate me for this and the manufacturer stated that this is not typical it could have been a bad Lot
You cannot get more than one dose out of this system. It says twist to use again. You can't. I've purchased 3 of these units and they're trash. The medication itself does work. But the system its in doesn't work at all. So you're paying nearly $30 for one dose
Absolutely trash! Very $20 and broke after the first use. Very little inside the expensive container too. Worthless purchase. Would have done better to burn my cash
Do not recommend. It does kinda hurt. Will create burns on your skin if you touch anywhere that isn't what you're ‘freezing' off. Still takes a day or two for the dead, cryofroze skin to fall off so may as well use the liquid that causes no pain or scarring and has a wider variety of applications.
Only reduced the wart size, didn't eliminate. I went to try again after a couple of weeks and there was no nitrogen left to perform the treatment. I also noticed it says on the pen that it expires "within" 6 weeks of first use. I think my 2nd attempt was only 3 weeks after first attempt.
