Computer Werx: Office, 2021 Pro Plus (Key and DVD)

After using Publisher for many many years I knew that it would be going away after October so I needed a way of being able to access and edit all of my publisher documents. This is a permanent install that gave me that ability. All of my questions and concerns were answered via email immediately so I knew that this would be an excellent choice.

When I first went to install, I did everything that the letter that came with advise me to do, but I still got an invalid activation notice from Microsoft and the product would not activate. I tried like six times and it still wouldn't work. I emailed Computer Werks and they immediately got back to me and gave me a new code to input. I deleted everything and reinstalled using the new key code and it immediately activated so everything installed properly with the new code. I really appreciate it how fast Computer Werks help me and then they followed up to check on me to see if everything was OK. This was a well treated purchase and I am happy I bought this program. Thanks Computer Werks good job.

If you're not a business and don't need constant upgrades and you don't want to pay an exorbitant monthly subscription fees…Microsoft is getting greedy…this product is more than adequate! It suits my needs just fine!

I am more than satisfied with the entire transaction and purchasing experience. The product was easily installed, worked as it should, and the seller, computer Werx Oscar sent personalized, clear, concise and complete instructions. The installation worked as it should and it didn't take long at all. My new computer doesn't have a disc capability so Oscar sent the Key and the disc, in case I have another computer where I might decide to install it —- he thought of everything to make this an excellent experience. I give this seller and this product 5 stars, and I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I hope this office version will continue to work past the MS October cutoff date for some products. I'm curious bto find if it will work in conjunction with office 365 of I I can only run this version on my computer.

The key codes provided did not work but after several emails back and forth we got them both registered ok. A bit of trouble but worth it for the good price point.

Picture of product was not what I received. Ms EXCEL was even misspelled on the package. Package not from Microsoft, could be removed from a dead computer and being resold. I will take all the effort to return this . Don't dare install it on my computer...

This product never arrived. After 1 month, I requested a refund, and reordered it again on the same day. Still waiting for the second delivery although it is not showing up in my purchase history. The order number for the second purchase was 200014546362173. What gives!

the activation code was not valid, it was a complete waste of money and Walmart customer service was no help at all.
