just what I needed

This recovery disk helped me get windows up and running on my computer. I was without internet and the driver disk was a big help as well.

An inexpensive method to repair your computer. Microsoft sends out updates that are not thoroughly tested and the consumer suffers when their computer crashes. By the time Microsoft works out the problem it comes out with a new update to begin the process again. This product helps you to get back up and running.

Software from Microsoft wouldn't install, this software loaded ok, but this is a very old version .. Then again, maybe that's why it worked ... normal updates were fine after the initial install.

The product did not work for me

My Windows 10 crashed with a blue screen with a error code and I tried your product, which has opinions one being upgrade saving your files, and it did not word. I tried all the opinions, but none worked on my problem, as I did not want a clean install.

Worthless, waste of time and money, no better than the built in repair for windows and no clear cut instruction to do anything different than windows repair tools.

No liceans, just a basic copy of a general system. it better to go through the whole install, with driver found and coppyed and installed at time of setup.
