When I order the USB, I want to repair the crushed Win 11 in my computer. But it does not work. Then I decide to reinstall Win 11. It works for me to reinstall Windows as recovery USB. No key is needed.

Followed the instructions.I was a bit taken aback, as it was as easy as it appeared. Figured it out and recovered my system.

The CD did not work. I followed the instructions and loaded the CD but, no matter which option was chosen. Restore, repair, or troubleshoot the computer couldn't find the settings it needed. It said files not found. I tried installing it several times and I even created a startup USB that I created with downloads from the Microsoft site. I still don't have a working computer.

The sparse printed instructions, and the online description made it seem like you can plug it in, and go straight to help fixing a computer issue. But, it doesn't give you anything more than is already on the PC. And it did nkt help. The online ' help' is useless. Waste of money.

Did not work at all, kept getting error, error, error !!!

My computer is a windows 11. The screen is black with a white curser on the left side. I called a computer place and they said I have to bring it in. So I bought this. I plugged in the USB, but it did not reinstall anything. It did not repair anything. It did not recover anything. :(
