I was honestly skeptical, but this stuff is better than I expected. The citrus mango flavor is actually pleasant, and it mixes cleanly—no chalky aftertaste. I didn't suddenly crush PRs or anything, but my workouts felt a bit smoother and recovery was easier. Not life-changing, but definitely worth trying if you want electrolytes creatine in one.

I usually can't stand these type of drink mixes but this one is amazing and the best tasting one I've found without being overpowering. Definitely helped keep me hydrated and energy up throughout workouts and in general.

The taste is tolerable slightly salty while it goes down but the after taste is pretty okay so it's definitely something you'd have to chug but other than that everything else about it is great 😀 it works really well and the results are very good

While the taste might not be the most appealing the overall value and expectations were amazing. I instantly felt the difference in the gym in energy

I bought this previously and had some issues with swelling (feet, under eyes) which can happen when taking creatine as it causes your muscles to retain water. The swelling seemed to subside and I only use half a packet a day.

This stuff is okay, my only qualms about it are that it's perhaps overly sweet in a pretty artificial way (typical of energy drink mixes) and of course the serving of creatine is on the low side, unless you buy manufacturer claims about HCL. I don't, and I plan to continue using creatine monophosphate, so I saw this as just an energy drink with *some* creatine that doesn't cost much more than drinks with similar nutritional profiles that have no creatine at all, and spares me a little bit of effort in mixing. I haven't used it long enough to see if this creatine is somehow different in any perceptible way than the typical stuff, but I have no real expectation that that'll be noticeable. Would still buy again for the price.

Definitely works for rapid rehydration. It's fairly dissolvable as expected. This was my first time using creatine or any creatine products so unsure for the results although I can taste something I'm assuming is that.

The taste of the liquid is very strong and sweet tasting. The powder has a good quality of ingredients.

It's salty lemonade. I use it as a pre and post workout . It's so salty I add it to a gallon water to dilute it.

Gotta get over the taste to experience the benefits. Didn't mix and blend very well in a water bottle
