The steamer/iron I received is very different than the one pictured here. The one I received has a built in handle, a plastic foot at the base and the temperature indicator has words instead of red bars. May be an older version? Works great though.

I iron 4 out of 7 days a week, easily. I had no issues transitioning from a traditional iron to this streamer. I like the ergonomics of the streamer, not too bulky or awkward to handle. I like the option to iron or stream and the assessories included. I do not like that it leaks all over the floor and onto the garment being steamed. I followed the directions to a T. I googled if anyone else had this issue, and could not find a solution. Yes, I used distilled water.

I ordered a completely different model—one that is newer and more expensive. Instead, they sent me an outdated version, which is cheaper.

Though it is Sold and Shipped by Walmart.com, they are sending the older model which beige in color not one pictured in the description. I ordered twice thinking it was an error. But received the same older model twice. The customer service told the product description was incorrect and it needs to be corrected. However, it still displays the newer model and they ship the older model. Check the other people's Reviews for confirmation.

This streamer is good quality however after a few uses with a distilled water. I've noticed that it does leak on any setting ruining garments with water spots especially on items that are not meant to be ironed.
