Conair Grip & Style Hot Curling Brush, Blow-Dry Styling Brush

I've used many other types of styling brushes, and I always come back to this one. It doesn't snag my hair, and it's comfortable to hold in the hand. Removing hair is also easy to do.

This is a lightweight brush, which is good because you don't want a heavy brush when you're using it a lot on your hair to make voluminous waves. If the brush is too heavy, your hands gonna get tired. First, I thought it was too late and felt cheap but now I understand why it's so late. I like the betrayal the brushes made out of those are very light material. The bristles are pretty good and the size worked well for my shoulder length hair to give it some curve at the shoulders towards my neck. I don't get frizzy hair when I use this. It gets my hair pretty smooth and the handle is pretty comfortable to hold.

PROS: the cost is good for people who need a large round brush but need a low-cost, strict budget product. I have not used it too many times yet, but I can see and feel that the build quality is very good - the handle and barrel are very solid and sturdy, %26 it's not too light or too heavy. CONS: I have long, straight, fine, %26 limp hair - the brush was getting tangled in my hair quite often during use. It's entirely likely that this problem is due to my limited experience with large round brush styling while also using a handheld blow dryer. Though I do wonder if the flexible, plastic bristles were a bit shorter if it might be easier to use for someone with my type of hair - this may be a better brush for people with thick hair. Will update if there are any bristle or other breakages over time. OVERALL: Great quality large round brush for a very fair price, with a sturdy, solid build and perfect weight. My thin, long, limp hair does get tangled in it while using it with a handheld blow dryer - This could be my inexperience in using a round brush while blow drying, or it could potentially be that the bristles are a bit too long for people with my hair type. Will update if my continued usage and improving skill gets rid of the tangling issue, will also update if anything starts breaking or quality degrades too soon. WOULD BUY AGAIN.

Because the shopper substituted the brush and the bristles are not the same because the one I wanted you could curl your hair with it using heat(blow dryer)

Note this is a complaint for Conair, not Walmart (I continue to receive really good service from my local Walmart store). I rarely write reviews, but this product is lousy, a waste of money at any price, and I'm steamed about both being out $5 and MY HAIR LOSS. The very..."brush-ness" of this Conair round brush is lacking. I am NOT precious about styling my hair (layered lob, just to my shoulders, straight/a few waves) but wanted a round brush to smooth out a few cowlicks during blow-drying. *This brush TANGLES the hair immediately. *Cannot rotate the brush to any degree; it becomes instantly STUCK. *There seems to be no motion - no matter how small - that doesn't HARSHLY GRAB THE HAIR, prevent any further movement, and TANGLING the heck out of it. *Then comes the process of pulling and extracting this thing from your hair, resulting in hair loss. CONAIR: You should be ashamed of putting this thing on the market and taking money for it. It is INSTANT LANDFILL. Almost any tester could've determined THIS IS a FAIL. This brush had one job...and it did not do it.

it keeps breaking in 2 days the handle keeps breaking off like it's not glued on properly I've used this brush for years in the past and now I have to keep replacing it very often.

this brush was nothing what I thought it was because I thought it literally brought out heat while on the hair but it's just a regular brush and a disappointment
