I tried it out as soon as it arrived and I am very pleased it works perfectly and makes removing wrinkles extremely easy, the heat level gets more than high enough to get the job done and the handle makes it easy and effortless and I love the water reservoir it holds enough water to continue to keep going if needed, I truly love it and I'm ready now for whenever needed

I love this hand steamer. My other one I had finally died. At first the new one was not steaming well. I think it needed sometime before the steam to come up since it was new. I think that was because used the steamer right away. Will definitely want to use distilled water in the steamer. After a few uses, it is working just like my old one. I cannot live without this steamer!

Very happy with this. It steams whether laying down or holding upright. Large steaming vents and a very large water tank. I steamed my entire queen mattress and several spots on my carpet plus two sets of pants and still had an inch of water in the tank. After steaming my mattress and the memory foam topper everything smelled so fresh.

This appliance is easy to use, pretty powerful, and works like a charm. My only complaint: Trying to steam something that's flat, like a comforter. If the reservoir isn't completely full, it's going to be difficult. Other than that -- very glad I bought it.

This unit seems to be well made. I've only used it once but it was fairly easy to assemble and fill other than the water reservoir being a bit hard to pop in and out. It worked as it should and released good steam. The only problem is that it didn't work for me on the fabric I was trying to smooth out. It didn't do anything to help the wrinkles. I will keep it though in case I have a need to try it again. I would recommend this particular unit based on it's mechanical performance.

This is heavy and awkward, and not very powerful at all. I purchased this one specifically because of the reviews and since it cost so much more, I thought maybe there was quality however I have an old cheap one that works better than this one.

I bought steamer online. It said delivered same day. The product was obviously previously used because the water tank had water in it as soon as i took it out of the box. I tried to use it anyway, since I bought the 3 year protection plan, and it leaked all over my floor as soon as I plugged it up. I only use distilled water. This is NOT the first time walmart has delivered a used, defective item to me. Do your own shopping or order from somewhere else. This is getting stupid.

Zero stars ... I thought spending a bit more would mean getting a better, more powerful steamer. I was very wrong. The steam on this unit just trickles out which means that the time needed to steam a garment takes a long time. I would not recommend this product.

It didn't take out the wrinkles what so ever! dont waste your $$! Very disappointed!!
