This curling wand is amazing! I have fine hair and regular curling irons were always too harsh and would crimp and burn my hair. I had been eyeing this in Walmart and last week decided to give it a try. At first, I didn't know how I was supposed to use it as there is no clip...it's just a wand. BUT, I figured it out and they give you a glove to use so that you can wrap your hair around the wand, with the ends towards the tip and it turns out AWESOME! Very light beachy waves and I am loving it!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Conair curling wand SO much! I have decently thick hair, but was still able to use it because I used smaller sections. I loved that the tip is much cooler than the barrel because my ends haven't been great during this pandemic. Overall provides a great and lasting curl!
I have fine hair that damages easily and so I am always reluctant to use hot tools. I was so excited when I came across this curling wand for fine hair! I absolutely love it! It's such a pretty color and because it has a max heat of 375F I know it's not burning my hair. I think it's really clever that the end of the wand is a little cooler to protect the ends of my hair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am definitely in love with this curling wand. Its definitely easy and quick to use. With my hair being so thick it takes me hours to curly but with this wand i was finished in less than thirty minutes. It works great the temperature reaches a hot temperature where you dont have to keep your hair in for long in less than five second my hair is curly. Which is great saves my hair from it being damaged quick from the heat. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family. Its better than off brand wands that are cheaper this one is perfect.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with this beautiful ombre white and light blue curling wand. It gave me light, airy, bouncing curls with less than normal effort. Plus, I love the look. It stands out from my other products, making it easy to find. I also love that unlike most curling wands, you can adjust the heat between a range of 266 to 375. What a great product, 10 stars in my book!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thick hair so it took a while to get my hair to curl, but I got it to look beautiful! It's so easy and effortless to use the wand. I've used curling irons before and I thought it would be similar but thank God I was wrong because it made my curls intact for Christmas! I definitely recommend this wand if you have fine hair it won't take too long to do your hair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wand is targeted towards people with fine hair but my hair is pretty thick so I wasn't sure if it was going to work for me. To my surprise, it curled my hair really well. The size of the wand is smaller than what I'm used to so the curls were tighter. They did get looser the next day and lasted about 2-3 days. I noticed that when I took larger sections of hair, the curls were a little frizzy. Overall, it's a great product for getting easy curls that last couple days.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never used a curling wand before this one before. I was very intrigued to try it out. As the box says, it's for fine hair and mines not as thick as it once was, so I was happy to see that. It was hard for me to get used to using at first, being a wand rather than having a clip. It was pretty easy to get used to though. You do still have to be careful with burning (if not using a glove), because even if using the lowest heat setting, it's still hot to touch. I used heat spray before using and hair spray after and it stayed pretty well for the wavy, beachy look rather than tight curls my curler can give. I would use again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how quickly the wand heats up, the little stand that keeps it from rolling around on the counter and the tangle free cord. However the three finger glove is made up of two different materials and I'm not exactly sure why. The felt type material on one side makes it difficult to "feel" the hair and hold it tightly. The thinner, smoother side is the back? Depending on which side of my head I'm working on determines which hand is holding the wand while the other is wrapping the hair and so really the glove should be for both hands!
The curling iron is not made for short hair, as I have. The barrel has no clamp so my short hair can't be curled!
