Excellent product. I love it. Very sturdy and works great

I recently purchased this steamer and have fallen in love with it. This is not my first Conair nor my first steamer but this is the BEST one yet. I am amazed at the powerful steam it produces. My knit tops are always wrinkled even right put of the dryer but this steamer has taken are of those wrinkles and it is quick to do so.

11/01/22 My Conair has been in use for about a month and I can highly recommend it. I was using a professional steamer for a number of years and the design of the Conair is far superior. The steamer head has 2 parallel outlets for steam rather than small circular ones that nowhere match the Conairs output. I get done steaming "in record time" and then smile at the result of my efforts with this new steamer! It's easy to move around because of it's back wheels, with a long tubeular arm that extends for a good distance and does not get so hot as to burn your skin if you touch it. Excellent design from a great company!

Good product. It gives off A LOT of steam. You can see it coming through the clothes. My only issue is that it still takes a long time to get the wrinkles out. Super hot stream, super amount of steam but not enough at the same time to shorten how long it takes to get the wrinkles out.

After years I finally had to replace my Conair steamer. The new one has great steam, but the hand wand is very heavy making it hard to steam for long periods. I do like the steam stopping when I set it in the holder. The pants clips at the top and bottom are nice but the shirts don't hang as high as my last one which makes it harder to steam shirts. There are now 2 large wheels that make it so much harder to move than the previous 4 wheels.You have to tip it a lot to wheel it so no moving it while you are steaming.The water tank is better.

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS PRODUCT, BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND ONLINE PURCHASES ON THIS PLATFORM . On March 8th, I purchased this product online under order %23 200012963009810, which NEVER ARRIVED. As of April 8th, I had not received the product, and the system indicated that it was still in transit. I then called Walmart customer service to report the delay in delivery. They gave me the option to wait a few more days, ensuring that the product would be delivered. After this call, the product began to appear in the system as delivered, but it turns out I NEVER RECEIVED IT. Since April 15th, I have made several calls to Walmart customer service, as I made this purchase through their platform. I have requested a refund for my money paid for this product. I have patiently abided by the stipulated waiting times, and as of today, May 30th, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. Please, who should I contact? Does anyone have a reliable answer? Thank you.

I bought it a month ago and had to return it. It worked great the first time I used it and then it just didn't work. No steam would come put if the hose even though it was on and we tried many ways and nothing.

the plastic wheel is broke. I purchased it on September and finally opened the box to use today and it's a defective product. I purchased it online. Can I take it to the store and get another one or refund???
