[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I already had an instant read ear thermometer, but this thermometer is so much faster and easier to use! It is about the size of a small keychain flashlight and has only one button, making it very user-friendly. It comes with a plastic cover and i was able to use it immediately out of the box. You just point it at the middle of your forehead and push the button and it instantly gives you your temperature. It gives one quick beep for a normal temperature and 3 beeps if the temperature is above normal. I would definitely buy this thermometer for the simplicity and ease of use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Conair Care Compact Infrared Forehead Thermometer is so easy to use, especially when struggling with a child to hold still! One touch of a button turns it on and one more touch and a second to get a reading. The thermometer is the perfect size in you hand and easily fits in a medicine cabinet so you always know where to find it. Although I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review, I'd buy this product for myself, my family and friends without hesitation. It works great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This temperature thermometer is small and lightweight. It's great they it just uses infrared sensors to detect fever. It is very easy to use as well. You just press one button and that's it.
I seem to be the one of only two people who purchased this product and did not receive it for free to review it. So far, it seems to work fine, but after a few months it was ticking like a clock. I'm assuming this means it needs a new battery, but I cannot figure out how to remove the battery cap without breaking my nail. Please explain how to get the battery cap off. Do I need a special tool? Will a bottle cap opener work? Please help! No instructions in the directions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading the instructions I tried the product after 2 days of trying the product I can say it was ok. The only thing I didn't like is after the 2nd beep the temperature didn't display you had to click the button for it to show.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I like the fact that it seems to be super accurate. I also love that it reads your temp instantly. But I am not sure when I am supposed to press and release. I seem to get quite a few errors with it and then it takes forever to reset itself. I am not sure if I would buy this product. I received this product for free for my honest review.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recommend the ConairCare infrared thermometer! It is small and easy to store and use. It is more convenient than traditional oral thermometers or those than go into the ear. A person could have recently had food or drink, and their temperature will still be accurate. The first time I tried to use it, I had not yet read any instructions, and I was unsuccessful in getting a temperature. However, a quick glance at the side of the box and I realized how easy it was! A simple press of the button, and we got a seemingly accurate reading. It powers off automatically after 15 seconds, which will save battery life. Batteries are replaceable, which is a plus!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 kids (one in kindergarten and the other in daycare) and we're coming up for the time of year where illness is turning, so thermometers are needed! This thermometer is very compact, making it portable to bring anywhere. I wouldn't say the screen "flashes" like it does in the manual but the readings are clear. I like that the battery compartment can't easily be opened by small hands, and that it includes a cover to go over the sensor and button when not in use.
Thermometer works fine but I have no idea how to use the extra features and when I called Conair to get a copy of the manual, they said they do not have a copy in their database..... interesting. I see the other models ITH91 AND ITH93 but no ITH90. Guess I'll just have to do without until someone publishes it randomly on the internet???
I bought this thermometer a week ago. Now, it isn't working properly. I have tried everything.
