In love and hate this thing all at once. It is the best rower, it just hurts. Get one. Get in shape. Full body work out you can't cheat.

Find a different distributor
Package arrived poorly packaged and looks used. Sealed bags already torn open. As I attempt to assemble I can see why. Poor manufacturing, misaligned bolts make assembly impossible. I expect more for a product costing more than $1400.
