5 stars for this 3” mattress topper. I snowbird rental on the Gulf Coast every winter. When I arrived, the mattresses were very hard. After going through many reviews, I settled on this one. I opened and let it air out for 2-3 days before using. It actually expanded pretty quickly. It was a total game changer. Bed was soft and very comfortable. Because of the great value, I immediately ordered one for the second bedroom. In the past, I have spent $200 for a similar quality item. They arrived really quick and were packaged well. Again, I came back and purchased a 2nd one!

I purchased this for our camper but brought it in the house after camping. We're close to being 50 years old and are both experiencing back issues. This product has helped by making the mattress feel more balanced. This is a thick memory foam not a mix with egg carton foam. You definitely need a mattress pad or barrier due to keeping in heat.

I had the most incredible sleep ever on this mattress topper at my daughter's house in her guest room! It was like sleeping on a cloud — the plush, soft surface made my back, hips, and all those tricky spots feel completely relaxed and refreshed. I couldn't stop squeezing it because it was so comfy! As soon as I got home, I couldn’t wait to order one for myself. Just a tip: let it expand for 48 hours after opening, since it comes compressed in a box, to get the full plush experience.

Ordered 2 of these. Allowed them to inflate after opening per the instructions, and they both puffed up to the stated size. There was a slight odor at first, but I've never seen one of these that doesn't have that. It dissipates quickly. These feel a little firm at first, but then you slowly start to sink in a little, and they are very comfortable. If you're getting this for a camper mattress or as a temporary fix until you want to spend the money on a new mattress for your home, I totally recommend it.

This topper is very hot to sleep on. It is advertised to have Cooling Gel Technology: Infused with cooling gel beads to actively reduces heat buildup and promotes air circulation for a cooler sleep. It does not provide cooler sleep. To the contrary, it is uncomfortable to sleep on.

I’m in shock over how terrible this mattress topper actually is. I bought it for my teenage son and he threw it in the floor after day 3, I assumed he was being dramatic until I put it on my bed. There is no support. It’s awkward and actually causes more pain than what you start out with that prompts you to order it in the first place. A complete waste of money. I cannot return it because it comes compressed and sealed.

Super firm, not as described in other reviews I read on it. Wife hates it. And for a refund they want you to “re-package” 😳 How TH do you repackage a foam mattress pad that comes vacuum packed the size of a throw pillow and expands to king size. What a crock. If you buy this you own it that’s for sure. Not fitting this back in a box smaller than a refrigerator. SMH guess at least I got a “Black Friday deal” hosing on this buy. Don’t do it, unless you want a super firm foam “pad”

Reviews were good for this mattress topper so I was surprised how uncomfortable it is. I ordered two and am returning the one that is unopened. If it was not so difficult to try to pack up and return I would return both. The topper is so hard it is like laying on the floor. There is no give when laying down.

I was excited to get but let down because it was hard and very styrofoam like, my old one was a lot softer and more blue from cooling gel. I definitely wouldn’t recommend and because it’s so heavy and unable to vacuum pack it(came vacuum packed) cannot return it. Will never buy from Walmart app unless it comes directly from Walmart.

Don’t expect any help from the seller or manufacturer on how to place the topper if there are holes on one side and not the other. Emails, phone numbers, and social media did not provide any working customer service. Good luck with the warranty or trying to compress the thing to return.
