The shelf was packaged very well and included everything needed to assemble it. There was one extra of every screw, nut, and cam. I appreciate that, since I tend to drop things and never find them. Assembly was quick and straightforward. I needed an inexpensive "it'll do" storage solution, so I wasn't expecting much. I'm actually impressed with the overall look and quality. It's very sturdy. I ordered the "off-white" version, which is actually just natural/blond wood. I would definitely recommend.

The first one that we got was cracked so we had to send it back and get another one. After that we ordered two they're perfect and small for a little entryway to put your shoes on or sit down and put your shoes on highly recommend.

I had some doubts when I ordered this show rack, but after receiving and assembling it, I have no regrets. It's super sturdy and does not take up too much space. Its so versatile.. you can use it for pretty much anything and you can use it as a bench too!

This is such a bargain. I live in a small apartment and this shoe rack comes in handy so I can keep my hall area tidy. All the tools needed are included. Piece of cake to assemble even for this elderly lady.

What appealed to me the most about this shoe stool is the high-quality material, which is made of 100% bamboo, which is not only durable but also waterproof. It is perfect for any room in the house, and the physical object is also very strong and has no odor.

Some details were not great. Paint drips on legs and bottom foot, which makes it slightly wobbly and a spot by the counter sink screw that chipped because it wasn't drill out properly. Was the size and foot/leg style I needed for a specific area in a wire rack system, so I'm keeping it. Overall, nicely put together and easy to.put together. went faster with a people. Rest of paint job on top and shelves was perfect.

Hi, I'm disappointed because the listing photo shows two stands, but I only received one. The description didn't clearly state that the price was for a single item. This was confusing and feels misleading. Could you please clarify and advise how we can resolve this?

The entire visual description is a lie! Two are pictured but only one shows up! The pictures show the rack as if it's the height of average balcony railing %26 the height of average side/sofa table even though it is not even a full 12” or a foot in height!! It's very deceptive! Buyer beware! Do not give this dishonest seller your hard earned money! Find a seller with integrity!

I only received one shoe rack when I was supposed to receive two.
