This is a very large kennel. Don't be like us and go, oh it is only a foot longer than our present one. Haha on us. it is VERY large, but perfect for our use with kennel training a lab puppy. it is easy to set up and offers the pup plenty of moving about room. The two doors are a great feature.
Great quality . Double lock. It's impossible for the dog to get out. Best ever. . I bought a smaller one .but forget measure the dog . I returned it and got bigger one for the dog. But live this has two door. Double lock each door. The dog is very happy to have room to play and rest.
Ordered the biggest one (48in) for my Golden Retriever and it is HUGE!! He absolutely loves it. He loves having his safe space in kennels and this is even better than I imagined! I definitely plan on ordering again for my basset girl! Great quality metal too!
I got this for my 6-month-old Golden Doodle who weighs 50lbs already, this is plenty of room for him to stand up and also stretch out without touching the ends, I think it will also give him plenty of room as he grows. The quality is good the wire is not too thin, and it has plenty of latches so he can't escape and the best part was the price as I got it on a discounted price if you need a good crate, you will not be sorry with this one
Ordered this for my Munchkin/Manx kitten. It was super easy to set up. I'm glad I ordered the 30ish inch one, it's the perfect size for her as she grows up! I love that it has 2 doors, and is pretty heavy duty grating!
Im sure if your dog is not a psycho this is a perfectly good kennel. However, if yours are like mine, maybe get a heavy-duty one. I feel like most dogs that will be placed in this will be gentle giants. That is not what I have, and the bigger a cage gets, the more flimsy just by the nature that you can only put so many connection points at so many joints. With a couple of caribiners and zip ties, it does the job for us. Also the price is awesome!!!
really easy to set up, worst spot for instructions tho, they were INSIDE the cage an you have to assemble it to get them out. it's a fairly flimsy cage tho, don't put an animal that's not okay with cages in it, it will easily break out. the hooks on the door jam a bit, but it's stable, light, and decent size
we bought 3 kennels and they shipped fine. assembly was simple like most other wire kennel. The issues came in the following days/weeks of using them. We kennel train all our puppies as a way to keep them safe, for them to have their own spaces, and for our peace of mind when we arent home. While yes, the puppies using the kennels are a "stronger" breed i guess they should never have been able to start pulling the wires apart. I have never had wire kennels literally bend, break, or no longer serve their purpose before. Puppies, adolescent stage, adult, or senior....none have ever just fallen apart the way these have. So i do not recommend them for stronger dog breeds, a very persistent pup, or honestly i dont recommend them for anything. In an emergency, sure they would work. long term and for the price? absolutely not. very disappointed with all 3.
The bottom tray is warped and smaller than the crate, the separation pice is bent and unusable, the doors barely open and close, a bracket on the back is damaged. Honestly I can't tell if this was a return from another unsatisfied customer. Worse thing is I left it in the box until the night before I needed to use it, that was a completely a bad idea but to be fair we shouldn't have to inspect ordered items we should be able to trust you'll get a working item we order.
first order went good. then they arrived. half was 30 inch kennels and the other 24 inch. My other order was already on the way. same thing. But, since I didnt get my order right, they reimbursed me the 24 inch ones and raised the price from the original price to $10 higher each cage. I needed them or i wouldnt have ordered them. So i had to settle with not getting a reimbursement or i wouldn't have had a cage to use unless i bought the cage at a much higher price. they are not that sturdy at the price they wanted the 2nd and 3rd time. if i was getting them at the $17 i originally paid it would be a good buy but not at $30 each. I guess because i ordered so many they figured they could get more per cage out of the next people. The next people was me and others. very disappointed!!
