It works pretty well. Does a good job dehumidifying. Only issue is the buttons are very touchy. Took me quite a few tries to figure out exactly how to get them to work. Also, the instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired. Doesn't really explain how anything works very well. All in all, great product if you can figure out how to use it.

Ask me in six or seven years. By then I will know if it was worth the money. IE: did the refrigerant leak out. As for now it seems OK. Difficult to empty the bucket without spilling as it gets full to the rim before it cuts off.

It doesn't seem to be working; the dehumidifier doesn't seem to do what the instructions say it will do. Calling the phone number on the instructions results in a recording to email the company; I await a response.

I bought this for a 1600 sqft space and it barely impacts the humidity in the room. It is advertised to be able to handle a much larger space. Also, the bucket fills all the way to the very top before it says the bucket is full so it is nearly impossible to dump the bucket without spilling some as you make your way to wherever you dump it out.

the dehumidifier works fine but emptying is difficult the top dislodged and I can't get it open ! also it doesn't hold much water and dicription is difficult to know how much water it holds

The manual is very difficult to interpret. The buttons do not work when depressed. There is no handle on the bucket making it extremely difficult to empty. I do not recommend this product. I have owned several dehumidifiers and this one is unlike all the others I've owned.

item quit working after 30 days, no refund contacted Concetta after many failed responses. Finally spoke with someone was going to refund back on my credit card saud he could not get card to work wanted a vemo account or PayPal or a debit card. IS THIS A SCAM unit still not working left messages no return call. I have all back up if someone wants to know all details.

The dehumidifier does not remove moisture as indicated. My basement is moist and it took 4 days to fill the 1 gallon water tank. It my work for a small closet.

I've sent a message to the seller. I'm going to give it a few days. I did make sure its returnable to the store. I got screwed before even though I had proof the firepit was NOT listed as a Christmas theme.
