CONCETTA Electric Fireplace, 1500W/750W Adjustable Flame Color with Remote Control, 50 Inches

It's a beautiful unit. I just have one question about the installation. There was some weatherstripping between the glass and unit part of it was stuck on to protect the glass between the two, but then some of it was out of the unit and out inside the packaging, and some of it was ripped up. I don't know if it was just part of the packaging or since some of it is stuck between the unit and the glass, I have left some of it in there and don't know whether to take the rest of it and position it inside that was ripped out but I was only able to put three of the screws in successfully to adhere the glass to the unit and I'm thinking that little bit of weatherstripping inside there might be keeping it from happening on the one screw .do you know if the glass just goes directly on the unit without anything in between as it hooks in there? As in no weatherstripping between the two?

It's a very nice fireplace and it gets cozy enough to warm a big living room. It's a big plus that the fire can be changed to different colors at the same time warming the room. I just hope that the electric bill doesn't go up too high. So far so good….

My whole family LOVES this addition to our home. It was easy to hang and was ready to use in 30 minutes. Very warm. They even dried out in front of it after playing in the snow.

This product is great, if you are looking for something that will give comfy feeling along with warming up a space. Highly recommend this!!

setup was simple. item is heavy, so be careful when assembling. item was working fine until the back color started showing dark spots on the lower corners of the fire display. cant unsee it now hat its there. only lasted 2 weeks.

Nice for the money, but noisier than a different brand fireplace I have. It also shows the bright red heating unit on top where other brands do not.

The brackets for wall mounting were missing and the other bracket was bent. The item was left down at the garage bc ‘white glove' delivery was not selected. The item is very heavy for most seniors at ~43lbs so take this into acct. It will take two ppl to handle the 50”. Additionally, If you hv to return to the store make sure you hv a vehicle in which the box will fit. Hth

The fireplace is beautiful, but for all the beauty, it lacked power. It was bought to warm the livingroom, we had no such luck. Only warm was when we stood directly in front of it. Disappointed! It turned out to be an expensive light show.

I'd give it 5 stars if they sent the remote. They wanted me to return the whole fireplace but that would be too hard for me its very heavy and i put it together and i dont want to return it. i guess ill be without the remote unfortunately.

False advertising. This fireplace has cheap looking faux logs in it. I avoided purchasing other fireplaces because of those logs.
