works exceptionally well for the price and is quiet and easy to set up
quality is equal to or better than higher priced models. I've used at least 10 other models.
Very competitive price; availability of a 3-year warranty at a reasonable cost; good tracking and prompt free delivery. We'll see how this appliance performs in the long run, but Walmart has fulfilled all initial requirements of a responsible seller.
I thought it was really good til i felt water on my carpeting. Turns out it does not automatically shut off when full, or show anything on the digital panel like it says in instructions. My carpeting and padding are soaked. I have no idea how long this has been going on. Soaked under furniture I cannot move. Not sure if I'll be sending it back. I sure don't need mold growing in Houston Texas. Still shopping for another one so Beware of false instructions.
Product ran but did not draw any water into tank form the very beginning. Tried to call technical support and they were not accepting calls. It looked nice but was defective right out of the box. Had to return to Walmart for credit. Do not recommend this item based on lack of initial quality and poor customer service.
Falsely described. Claimed it was good for 4500 square feet. It ran 24/7 for 8 days straight and would'nt take humidity below 60% in 600 square feet. Might work in a small closet.
