This thing really said “no skipping leg day” and I respect it. I didn't expect to feel it this much, but I am HURTING. Glutes and legs were definitely activated. It's simple to use but actually effective, and you can adjust the intensity so you're not just going through the motions. Assembly instructions was not good but love machine

I put this together Friday late in the evening on May 1, finished May 2, early Sunday morning, because most of the parts that I had to assemble were not marked and the pictures were so small for me to see that I needed a magnifier to identify the parts, because more than one part had an extension or angle to it. I did 10 repetitions later that Sunday evening, 25 repetitions that Monday morning, and today is Tuesday, May 5, the pad on the right side broke from the manufacture assemble to the frame in my third push.
