Well, first off, it came super fast, and the packaging was great, handled with care. The price was great too!! Then once it got here, it was INSANELY easy to put together, didn't need the included instructions thats how easy! I have been using it for about a week, and I can definitely tell. I've added it to my workout routine and will "twist" for about 10 mins each day, and my abs are sore, so I know it's working. I can't wait to physically see results soon. I absolutely recommend anyone adding to their home gym and workout routines as well. U won't be disappointed with this machine, very sturdy and well made.

I purchased this to get me off the couch so I would exercise while I'm watching tv. It works pretty well. I have really worked up a sweat when i have used it. Definitely worth a try.

Very easy to put together. Took me longer to unpack it. Sturdy and not wobbly in the base; I don't have any fear about it breaking under my feet. Moves just as expected, and it's more of a workout than I expected. Easy to use, but I recommend you start by a wall so you can grab the wall until you're comfortable with balancing. Bottom is heavy so you want to put it away after use. I can't imagine stubbing my toe.
