Great quality affordable bike! shipped faster than predicted and was well packaged for safe shipping. This was my first time ever putting a bike together so some parts were challenging. But it was simple enough and took less than an hour with 2 people. The directions are good but generalized for different models. Having the correct tools is necessary. The bike is sturdy but not too heavy. The seat height is really adjustable for multiple people. I really love it so far! We did buy a new seat that was a bit bigger and more padded.
This is an incredibly comfortable bike to ride. This says 5’4” and up - I am 5’3” and took a chance. This fits me, but it’s definitely large. I think if I was any shorter this wouldn’t have worked. The seat is the most comfortable bike seat that I’ve sat on. The easy step through design is also great. I attempted to begin assembly and quickly realized this was out of my league. My husband is fairly mechanically inclined so I recruited him to help. We got it assembled, but it took a few hours and there was definitely some frustrating moments. I’m very happy with the choice but if I had to do it over again I would have paid the extra and had the pro assembly done.
Headset on bike is loose, brake levers are wonky. One is too far up and the other one is too far down. Bike will not shift into the highest gear. Really no excuse for this. If you sell bikes, you should be selling bikes that are ready to ride out the door. This is a liability for Walmart. Luckily I know how to wrench on bikes, if I didn't , I would be returning the bike or taking it to someone who knows how to repair bikes. That would be an extra cost. Not fare for the consumer.
We ordered this bike online from Walmart. We assembled it and found the front tire to be bent and out of true. This is likely because of the way it is packaged as it was very snug. We were told to call the number on the tag which directed us to Kent Bikes. They asked we fill in a warranty form for the issue. After conversation via email they agreed to reimburse me to bring my bike to a local bike shop and get it trued. An inconvenience yes but glad to have been taken care of promptly.
I feel that all manufacturers should make a video on assembly. If you try to search this bike you will only find videos for the Electric version. Btw, this bike is made by the Kent company.
both wheels arrived slightly warped, the instructions included were for the wrong bike, and the front brake cable was the wrong size. it arrived detached from the handle, and it doesn't extend enough to fit the mount.
The rack on the back of the bike doesnt support saddle bags as it lacks rear support rods. My pants and the under side of the bike are coated in oil from the chain splashing up whatever oil the manufacturer used. Four months after buying this bike, the derailer broke free and loved between the wheel and frame. It was completely destroyed as was the wheel. Do not buy this bike!!! It’s absolutely terrible.
Bike is made with low quality materials. Screws were rusted when I picked the bike up from the store. The breaks barely stop the bike and they shake the whole bike. The back wheel bent with a minor accident. Rode the bike once. Terrible do not recommend
Looks amazing but front wheel wobbles so had to return it. It wasn't easy to assemble either now have to load it into car to take back to Walmart. Had a few people take the front wheel off and try to stabilise it but no luck. Think it was damaged during shipping
Purchased this bike and the front tire arrived out of true. After returning it due to this manufacturing error I purchased the same bike again. The second bike also arrived with the same exact manufacturing error with the front wheel being out of true. Will never be buying anything concord again and will tell anyone I know looking to buy a bike that the quality is awful.
