Great bike!
I rode bike after 24 years! This was bit tough to assemble but not taking any stars off as it was probably me. I have never assembled a bike before. The bike came in perfect shape. No scratches or dents. It looks exactly like how it is in pictures. Rides very quiet. No noise or anything. Gears work perfect as well. Note that this is not mountain bike!

Box was in very bad shape, thought I would have to return. But it was all good. Love the color %26 bike

Love the color and style, but I am extremely disappointed that for a bike that costs almost $180.00 that the front wheel is warped. Have to get it fixed before my daughter can ride it.

Not happy with not being able to get the bike assembled. I was told to get in touch with a Coach Mel Several calls not answered or retured Even went to tbe store a couple times. Still in the box in storage.

Got here late, chips in paint, piece of bike (black plastic) cracked off. No tools to assemble and directions suck. Pretty color but that's all. May have to return.

FRUSTRATION
The box was damaged and the front tire was damaged. The return of the bike was difficult. I am still waiting for the return of my money.

front wheel is bent and called customer service to have a new wheel sent. morning has been done to correct the issue yet. much better service with Amazon

Bicycle was shipped late. I was charged for assembly fee that I didn't receive by an Angi professional. The coordination of this purchase was a total fail. I did receive a refund for the bicycle.

Wobbly Wheel
The bicycle came with a bent front rim, the only reason I kept the bike was because I am converting it to an e-bike and changing the rim.
