Realized my steps were missing a piece when I opened my package and started to assemble. Drea with customer service got right on it checking with the parts department and mailing it right out to me. Thank you, Drea. For this reason, I will be a returning customer.
My husband has been wanting steps like these for awhile. We finally bit the bullet and got them. One thing that I did not realize is you put the sand in the steps themselves! Very heavy duty and easy to assemble! These will last awhile. They look so good and do not stick out into the pool like the set that came with our pool did. Delivery was quick but we did get the packages separately even though they were sent out at the same time, that was on FedEx.
I was not impressed with the packaging as the boxes came damaged but that could have happened during shipping. The steps are very well made and sturdy. It says it will hold 400lbs per step and i believe it! The step by step instructions are pretty good but one recommendation is when it says to use sand make sure you are using playground sand that is dry and fine so that it fills all the nooks. I used the rubber mallet to tap on the side of the steps as i filled it to make sure it filled all the way. I hopefully will not have to buy new steps any time soon but i would certainly recommend the Confer brand.
These were fairly straightforward to put together. And we were very happy with the outcome and results. A huge improvement from the old ladder that we used from the origin of our above ground pool. Couldn't be happier.
Put these stairs in when we opened the pool this season but it's still too cold to go in. They seem quite Saturday and exactly what I was looking for.
Been wanting these steps for the last few seasons. So glad I finally got them. Love the blue steps and they are very sturdy.
These in pool steps are perfect. They were relatively easy to assemble with a rubber mallet. We would recommend them.
It was very easy to put together. It is very sturdy and the color is very nice. Having the add in is perfect for seating.
When I got the steps, I only got the first box. The second box came a couple days later with a lot damage to the box. I was afraid I had damaged parts but were only missing 2 pcs out of that box. I called poolsupplies customer service who were extremely courteous. Hats off to wendy!! Still waiting on parts 5 days later. No calls, email, or txt msgs letting me know that the parts were shipped, being shipped or what so I am basically at a standstill with puttng them together.
This pool ladder is very unstable. We did exactly how the instructor told us how to put together. It's expensive and not worth the money. We are big girls, but under the weight limit it stated, and it feels weak going up and down into the pool. I had contact led this seller, explained my issues, they needed m to send pictures and i did probably 7 or 8 times, with no reply.
