The entry system is better than any ladders we've had to date. More openings for better sand filling and a more solid step for top of double ladder system. Overall AAA
Pretty easy to put together and we added a few more holes for the ladder that goes inside the pool to help it gain more water. We love it though.
I have to admit, I placed my order before reading the reviews and got really scared about what people were saying. I decided to wait and see how it went, and I'm glad I did! This ladder was exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was fast & I was able to put it together with minimal help. I'm happy with the whole experience!
So grateful for the customer service regarding purchasing a stairs unit for our above ground pool - so the mama's can get in - and even our pooch! They were so supportive with their responses to my questions to ensure it would match my model of pool and the shipping was on point! The third box did arrive a couple of days later - but no worries - we appreciate the quality of the product and ease of putting together! It works great! So glad I found you all on the internet - thank you for an American made product that is of high quality and comes with great customer service! Yay!
They look great and are much safer than ladders as well as more comfortable. They should be the standard. They should come with winter covers for those who get snow and ice during the winter.
got put together filled with sand installed in pool bottom side is sturdy but the hand rail is flimsy i did also notice my uprights for the rails are not included? will be reaching out to find out about that
The stairs system is very sturdy, the directions could have been more accurate “showing completed pictures that should not have been completed yet” caused us to have to undo parts we already put together. We had to modify the attachment to the pool itself since it did not fit, our pool does not have a flat top, this should be mentioned in description of stairs. Pieces deliver in 3 separate shipments which was inconvenient. I called the company once and the person was very short and curt with me then she hung up, wish I had her name, she does not help you business at all. I called back and spoke to another person who was very helpful and actually gave me a number to send pictures to, she was wonderful.
Putting the steps together with the instructions provided and there were four. Half the instructions didn't even go to the steps we purchased. Definitely had to watch the video. And you'll need more sand than it calls for the steps are moving around in our pool after we turn the pool back on.
Stair portion are good quality and sturdy. Handrails and supports where screw mounts are thin plastic. Seem more decorative than support. Bought these so my older parents could get in and out of pool easier. But not confident handrails could support anyone who started to slip or fall. Just have to hope that never happens
I am a little concerned about the bridge step. It seem like it doesn't hold the weight of people.
