It was easy to put together and install.

I really needed a second ladder! This one is perfect! Now I can get out of the pool directly onto my deck.

It is what I needed. The built in deck fit over my pool coping and reached my deck. It was simple to assemble although you need some strength to get some of the pieces into place. I had some trouble stepping to the top rung the first time I used it (bad hip) but now have the hang of it. I recommend a ladder mat underneath.

Great ladder to replace our old steps. Only complaint is I wish it were a little stiffer, but fixed that Problem with a backer board. No big deal

Had to make it fit to my deck

Very disappointed with the box the item came in - it looked like it was stored outside for two years in the pouring rain ! - I'm very surprised that no parts were missing - one side was cut open liked someone was curious what was in it - and the box was soaking wet . . .

My fault for not noticing straight up and down. Very difficult. Went back to my old one. Will never use. Wish I could return.
