Love, love it. Purchased2 Adjustable height made it lower to ground, bigger platform,wider and deeper steps along with reduced step height made it safer and easier to access pool for people with knee or hip issues

False advertisement. Ordered this item and only received 1 box (half the stairs) when the description said it was the full set. Fought with the seller and Walmart for almost 2 months for a refund and still no progress. Had to call Walmart 9 times, each time taking anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours for me to go in circles. The customer service at Walmart is GARBAGE. Every new person that answers says I'm sorry I will process it now and still nothing. They're all liars! The seller says Walmart listed it wrong and they can't do anything. Absolutely disgusting service all around. They're all thieves!! Paid for an item and didn't even get it.

Only sent half the ladder
Item was described as A- frame ladder into and out of pool. Seller only sent one side and will not respond to me. I have no use for half of a ladder that will not attach to anything and is useless. A lot of money to spend to be ignored. I am very upset and do not recommend you trust this seller with so much money. I screenshot the description it was advertised as both parts for the price. Terrible customer service.
