Conifer Specialties Fishers Fair Scone & Shortcake Mix, 18 oz Box

Every year we would go to our state fair, and we would get the scones there. I am so happy I got to receive this box to test at home and make, now I can have it anytime I want and I don't have to pay for it at the Fairs anymore. It was so easy and delicious to make at home. I made them and put whip cream and strawberries on them; my family and I loved them. I made homemade rasberry jam the other day and now will be eating my scones with the jam.

Can't go wrong with a classic! Love the familiar taste and very easy to make. Pair with some raspberry jam or preserves to really seal the deal. Always happy to have a batch of these around, everyone wants them and they go very quick. I was provided this item in exchange for an honest review.

The scones from this mix are delicious! I followed the directions exactly, and my scones came out perfect. The only thing I'd change is to maybe put the broil setting on the oven so the tops get a golden brown crisp to them. Overall, flavor and texture is great and I'll be buying these again.

Im a busy mom of 4 so I really appreciated how quick and easy these fisher scones were to prepare. Start to finish it took me about 20 min. Directions were easy to understand. Didn't leave me with a huge mess to clean up afterwards. The scones were melt in your mouth delicious light and fluffy. Not overly sweet. I recieved Fisher scone mix for free in exchange for a review and now after testing the product I will be buying it when I go grocery shopping later today. My 4 year old loves waffles so im going to try the waffle recipe next.

I love to bake but I've never been able to get biscuits, pie crust, or shortcake right in my life. I don't know why, some generational curse maybe? But I decided to use this box for strawberry shortcake. I added milk instead of water because why not? Let me tell you, it actually worked! I overbaked them, portioned them poorly and they still tasted great. I would recommend this as a pretty fool proof approach to short cake!

I used this mix to make strawberry shortcakes and it was so easy and delicious! Just add cold water and mix, no need to knead or anything. The shortcakes turned out to be light and fluffy, I was amazed by the texture! Will definitely be buying again to make more shortcakes. Such an easy and delicious homemade dessert.

thank you fisher for the free scones! This is not a brand I've tried before but I will definitely buy again. It was super easy to use the scone mix, you just need water and some flour. I followed directions exactly and they came out perfect. They had the perfect amount of moisture instead and crumble outside. I had my first one with some strawberry jam. It would be interesting to incorporate some of ingredients in your mix, like cinnamon and green apple. They would be perfect if you're hosting an afternoon tea.
