I've probably owned 20 of these in my 66 years. I bought a sonic cleaner at one point and found it much more problematic to use. And if you need to clean some more delicate gems, use dish soap and white mixed in an old one of these. This cleaner is simple and works WELL on gold and diamonds, especially pieces made with a lot of small gems. Plus, that little brush cleans in every crevasse. And when the brush gets a bit broken down, just buy another of these. They're cheap! 😁

I have rings that are good condition. i just wanted to put a shine on them. Follwed the directions for each ring, but the before and after looked the same. Very disappointed with this highly reviewed product.

I couldn't find the tray and brush that's listed as included till poured out some of the solution and then i had to put my fingers in to reach the tray which got my finger irritated.

Usually use my own concoction at home. Decided to try this with my jewelry. Not worth the money. They do have a cloth I had used before same brand and works better than this soap and water.

i did not receive the silver cleaner and im kinda made about this situation. walmart should look at the delivery photo. only one item. please make this write. Walmart charged me.
