The experience was absolutely horrible. I was ordering this for a condo on a third floor. I made a very specific notes on my order that this product needs to be delivered to a condo on a third floor in a building that has an elevator, however I guess this was not noticed by anyone. I get a call from the carrier suggesting that they only deliver to the curbside and WILL NOT deliver it inside or to the unit on the third floor. So what I am supposed to do have them leave it on the street. They said they will reach out to the shipper looking for further instruction. I also tried to call and leave email messages for them two times with no response at all. Finally, I had to have the carrier reroute it to another address and pay for someone again to pick it up and deliver it to the condo unit....What is Walmart and or the vendor is thinking? You are delivering to a retail customer and take the product inside and even setting up/installing the appliance and assuring that it is working properly at the time delivery should be a default and no brainer...caused us a lot of unncessary complication...very disappointed!
