BEWARE
The template that came with this door handle was completely off!! I had a contractor working on my house and they went to install this door handle on my brand new door that was professionally painted and he drilled a hole where the template showed and when he held it up it was completely off!! I am furious!!! Needless to say to try and cover the hole my contractor found one online that is over $200.00. I tried to save a few bucks by purchasing this one now it is going to cost me a lot more to fix their mistake!!! BEWARE and don't buy!!

BROKE THE FIRST TIME I TRIED TO USE IT
It broke the first time I tried to open the door, leaving me locked out of my house. DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE MONEY ON THIS!!!!

Do not buy these
Very cheaply made. One of the latches broke shortly after installation. I hope I can return it and get my money back. Stick with Kwikset or Schlage.
