No keys included
No keys included with this lock. The lock works fine but the plate snd inner parts were larger than the hole in the door so it required reshaping or increasing the the hole size.

Poor quality and missing parts
The quality wasnt the best. One of the packs was missing some parts. I will not be reordering these in the future.

Wouldn't work and couldn't return
I bought four and one of the doorknob parts wouldn't fit into the mate it was boxed with. I opened the next and it wouldn't fit either. I was able to get one set by putting one side from each package together. However, this left me with one set that wouldn't work. (I tried) When I went to return, of course it wasn't a Walmart product, but when you click on the link for instructions from the other company, no useable information pops up. I guess that's 11.00 more bucks thrown down the drain for a product not returnable. Surprisingly, the next one worked switching anything around, but one of the locks won't lock.

One star because it looked like it was use and didn't have screws either the keys wasn't in the packaging either
