Bought this great phone BUT did NOT realize it did not come with a sim card? Senior trying to keep up with things. Now I have ordered the SIM card so hopefully I can get activated soon.

Simple and effective
Easy enough, called to activate but did have the option to do it online. The number keys are large, so good for ease of use. The cost of the phone is subtracted on the first few months bill.

good phone
happy with the phone, everything seems to be working as it should. i like that there is a speaker button right on the phone,so itcan be used anytime. much bigger than other phones. sound quality is very good.

SIMPLE AND FUN
Seems fine to me. Easy to set-up, and easy to use. (I LOVE it!*) I use it 1 handed a lot of times. Great value and good quality so far. Lot of times I forward my other number to this one. Easier to carry. thanks, LOVE IT!**** 👍😊

Hard to get setup and activated
Don't like eSIM only. Makes it difficult to setup if you don't get something done in the right order, and hard to change carriers if you decide to especially for non tech savvy people!

Would have given a better rating, as I like it.
Would have given a better rating, as I like it. The problem is it is not working properly. Called consumer Cellular to get it fixed and they sent me to Target. Between Con. Cellular and Target they could not fix it and was told to exchange it or a new one.

Could Not Activate
I bought this phone because it is old fogey friendly (big letters and numbers)and the V company outdated my old phones. It would not activate and I spent 4 hours chatting with tech support. I had a competent young man help me also. We could not download SIM info onto the built in SIM card. I had no choice but to return it. I only make 10 calls per year so with normal plans I pay $25 per call and that is insane. I chose to not have a phone because all of the plans out there are way to pricey

I can't imagine what this phone might be good for.
QR code reader doesn't work. Tedious access to parameters. Pinches fingers when closing. Voicemail access is very difficult. Camera is low quality. Overall, cumbersome.

Years ago I had a consumer cellular phone %26 I loved it, it was easy for this senior. This phone is impossible, I can't activate it cause it won't download the esim, when I scan it, it does nothing. Rep told me to do it on web, but thats impossible. Don't know what to do.
