Consumer Cellular Iris, 8GB, Red - Flip Phone

This phone is very easy to use. My Mom has dementia and she has been able to use it as long as I have the preset phone numbers written down for her. It works for her now !!

This flip phone replaced my father in laws old cell phone, it has larger numbers larger screen and has a favorites button that stores 5 numbers. Perfect for an 80 year old that has a hard time seeing.

Purchased for a senior in assisted living. Website offered $50 credit ($10/mo) on consumer cellular monthly service. No details and no way to access this offer! Also, ordered flip phone for pickup at store, but it was not available and needed to be shipped - 2 days later! Very disappointed!!

I loved this phone!* Then I noticed it was very bad at pulling in data. We tried to fix it for 2.5 hours. My carrier even had me hold out of my window for an hour, after resetting the phone twice. "WILL NOT BRING IN DATA, (WITHOUT WIFI!*) WIFI OK. Not from the polls. AT ALL. So please think twice.**** "EXCELLENT PHONE OTHERWISE."

I was surprised to view the legal agreement that was necessary prior to having service provided on the phone. It sounded as if every photo on the phone could be subjected to that legal entity. I always thought that MY photos were my property. Why would anyone want to claim MY PHOTOS as theirs?

I ordered an 8G. Said so on the invoice. The phone that I received was a 4G. When i took it to Walmart to exchange it, I was told that I couldn't because there wasn't any such thing as an 8G. I am still deciding whether to keep it or not. Thank You.

Delivered Aug. 31. I recharged it every evening. On Sept 17, it was recharged to 97%. When I unplugged it from the charger, it was completely dead. NO response on or off the charger. NO response no matter which button I clicked or held. It exceeded the 14 day return policy by 3 days! I suppose I should have realized that anything that cannot be trusted to last more than 14 days is not likely to be reliable! Wasted $50 and considerable time getting it setup and working. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This is a USED phone. There are scratches and a crack on the front of the phone and scratches on the OK button. There is no safety film on outside or inside screen. Item was not in the original packaging (box) and charging cord is not original. Phone was packaged in bubble wrap that has something on it and taped with scotch tape.. Item is clearly used. Item such be listed as USED. Listing it as new is false advertising.

Very hidden functions. Nothing intuitive. Not suitable for elderly people. It is very cumbersome, impractical and irritating. I have not been able to activate it. Sorry, I couldn't upload the photos you asked below.
