We bought 2 phones %26 we have had nothing but trouble, restarts, resets, calls to CC for help, %26 tons of frustration %23*%$* due to this phone. I swear you sent us used phones. And the 14 day return on it is a joke. :(
phones kicks you out all the time when your in an app, phone doesn't ring look over and see you have messages even though volume is all the way up.
Only had the phone for about a month and a half and it was always dropping the internet when I would try to get on. It did it with games too. After only a month and a half I tried to get onto my phone and it wouldn't even come on. So now I have a worthless dead phone.
This phone was received on July 10,2025 and waited a week or more to get phone.Pd for and. Had a hard time activating on Consumer Cellular person phone call wanted upgrade fee and now on August 16,2025 the phone has gone blank and no volume. It won;t turn off and has a black screen. I have no working phone and am disappointed I have no working phone
The iris was the worst phone I ever bought in my life there's some kind of software glitch in it it bumped me off I was on took me straight back to the front page or home page and when I talked to consumer failure all they were turning it to Walmart because it was Walmart's fault for their item which is not correct because if you look at any iris is the worst but needless to say I never did get my money back I had to go out and buy me another phone
I signed up for Consumer Cellular, then purchased a cellphone from Walmart. The speaker barely works, I can't open more than 1 app without being redirected to the home sreen, and when I tried to return it to Walmart, they wouldn't even let me exchange it. Online I read that many people have reset, powered off then on, called customer to troubleshoot, only to be left frustrated. Such an affordable service, such a useless product.
Purchase two units will return them to Walmart not satisfied at all with the phones
Stopped working after 2 days
waste of money , no charger
To hard to figure this phone out, even my Grandson said it was no good and He is a wiz at them.
