Consumer Cellular, Moto G Play 2024

This is a nice phone. Good size, not too big or small. Has 2 photo lens, takes nice pictures! I don't do fancy things with my phone, so this suits me fine. I like Consumer Cellular, but they wanted more money for the same phone. Walmart saved me a few bucks!! I'm glad it has Bluetooth. I use it in my truck often.

this was a cheap phone (less than $100). so I wasn't expecting too much. I was a little concerned about the battery life after reading the reviews, but I don't use my phone that much, and the battery life seems okay. I don't download big files or tons of pictures. and I don't surf the internet. I have a tablet for that. so I can't speak to those issues. but if you're looking for a cheap phone to call and text with, this phone will get the job done for a reasonable price. I am 67 years old, and I would highly recommend this phone for seniors who are looking for a good phone at a reasonable price.

For a phone at this price point, 64 gig of memory and 15 watt fast charging is great. Also the screen is clear and bright and the 90 megahertz refresh rate makes the touch screen very responsive. You could pay more and get less.

This phone has a much better camera and much larger internal memory. This phone also has an expandable memory up to 1TB with added Micro SD card. I bought this as a replacement for my dads 2023 model that fell in water.

The Motorola Play 2024 is a locked phone using Consumer Cellular as the provider. Im 69 and had to have something to fit my budget. It was easy to go through the initial set up and transfer of my data from my old AT%26T phone. It only has 32 GB of storage so I use a SD card to store my pictures on. Most of my gaming I use a tablet, but have 3 games installed on this phone and it preforms well. Phone calls, text, and chats are flawless. The screen has sn outdoor feature that really helps me see the screen on a bright day. It probably cant compete with the high dollar phones but for it being under eighty dollars, it does what I wanted in a phone.

The only negative is that the battery charge doesn't last as long as my previous Moto phone but it was $20.00 less from Walmart than from the actual Consumer Cellular online store and i had it delivered the next day.

I really like the phone overall. But when you first charge it up it took several attempts to get it to 100 percent. And still periodically takes extra time to charge all the way up. Other than that it works very well and it is quick to respond and easy to use..

The phones were fine even if it turns out that they will be discontinued very soon. The problem was the Walmart description of the product. I really wanted this phone and the ad implied that it was unlocked. Turns out this is a locked phone, info that I was unable to see because it was hidden so well. It requires a 1-month commitment to Consumer Cellular, and I wasn't prepared for that. So, I had to return them. If you are in a position to use Consumer Cellular as a provider, they are a good one.

The battery got so hot that I dropped the phone. When I put in for a refund I was told that I had until friday February 27th. i went to a walmart on the 26th and was denied. I printed out the webpage from my account stating that I had until the 27th and returned to a Walmart. Again, I was denied. I am not pleased. Your response was the 27th. I printed the paperwork. Your employee said the return policy was 14 days on a phone. I put in for the return under the 14 days. I returned the phone under your date of return. What is the problem? Again, I am not happy.

I WANT ANOTHER PHONE THIS PHONE HAS NEVER WORKED RIGHT IT MOVES TO ANOTHER PAGE, SOUND IS ERRATIC AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO START. HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT CAUSE THIS MOTO PHONE IS TERRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER. RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO ANYONE AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MOTOROLA PHONE
